The Word for Christmas: Matzobrei

For those of you who are especially appreciative of good Christmas food-- enjoy.

Of course, Matthew 4:4.

So, if you're still hungry, then what you really need is this, courtesy of our friend, bishop N.T. Wright.

Truth-in-advertising -- Someone pointed out a possible misunderstanding related to the wording of this post. Thus, to set the record straight: N.T. Wright is not a "friend" of ours in the same way that Mary Hulst or Jana Riess or John Witvliet are friends. Though we've met the good bishop, he's more a "friend" in the same way that Frederick Buechner is our friend, or Mary Sidney, or Augustine of Hippo.
